Guided by his values of conviviality, sharing, and authenticity, Victor Bosc set out to bring the spirit of great Parisian bouillons to Saint-Tropez. Attuned to the evolving restaurant scene and to guests’ expectations, he launched Bouillon Citadelle three years ago, surrounded by a young and dynamic team. Now a charismatic figure of the Tropezian scene—shares his infectious energy and embodies, on a daily basis, a warm and sincere art of hospitality.
