Set within the natural haven of Pampelonne Beach, his signature cuisine blends Mediterranean terroir with distant inspirations. From May 17, the restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors from breakfast through dinner, offering a rare escape—from the first coffee facing the sea to evenings under the stars.
