Perched at the top of its tower overlooking the port, the CHERRY restaurant unveils a new terrace designed by interior architect Sarita Posada. Set against a spectacular 360° view of the gulf, the atmosphere is both intimate and vibrant, driven by an old-school hip-hop and classic jazz soundtrack. At the table, a menu inspired by Italo–New York flavors invites guests to celebrate the evening over an espresso martini or a negroni.
