This prestigious new address, a few steps from Place des Lices, exhibits a selection of great classic African artwork from major French and international collections, as well as many rare pieces. Agé de 31 ans, Victor affiche déjà plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans la restauration… Des saisons dans la presqu’île, des études de marketing à Londres et un retour au pays en 2012 pour orchestrer le restaurant familial La Part des Anges lui ont donné les bonnes bases et les good vibes pour lancer sa propre aventure. Celle du restaurant HOBO « comptoir sauvage », ouvert en début de saison au cœur du charmant quartier de la Ponche.
At 31, Victor has already cumulated more than 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. His seasons spent working in the peninsula, his marketing studies in London and his homecoming in 2012 to run the family restaurant ‘La Part des Anges’, gave him strong bases and the right attitude to start his own business. His restaurant, Hobo ‘Comptoir sauvage’, has open at the beginning of the season in the heart of the charming district of La Ponche.
TROPEZ ET LOUIS DOUNIER, DOON’S BROTHERS
La valeur n’attend pas le nombre des années… Ce viel adage s’applique parfaitement à Tropez Dounier 21 ans et à son frère Louis tout juste majeur. Issus de vieilles familles 100 % tropéziennes, les fils de Marie et de Thierry (du Clémenceau) et neveux d’Olivier Fuchs, redonnent cet été une deuxième vie et une nouvelle jeunesse à l’épicerie-comptoir de leur arrière grand-mère à quelques pas de la plage de la Ponche. C’est DOON’S !

JULIEN RHINN, ARCHITECTE DESIGNER VISIONNAIRE
Strasbourgeois d’origine, Julien Rhinn a décidé de quitter son Alsace natale pour prendre définitivement ses quartiers à Saint-Tropez à partir de cette saison. Il faut dire que le jeune architecte-designer fréquentait assidûment le village depuis des années. Que ce soit pour ses projets professionnels ou simplement pour profiter de son bateau ancré au port. En installant son agence à Saint-Tropez (lire par ailleurs) et bientôt un show room, Julien Rhinn compte renforcer son rayonnement sur toute la French Riviera en développant ses projets d’exception en matière d’aménagement d’extérieur. Son credo : donner toutes ses lettres de noblesse à l’outdoor living. Un principe qui prend tout son sens dans le golfe où les jardins sont autant de pièces de vie à part entière.
