Il a fait ses armes au Papagayo période Frangy Malortigue ou à l’Amnesia, le club du beau-père de Johnny, fut le patron de la Scala, club phare du Toulon, fonda à la fin des années 80 l’Hysteria à Saint-Tropez, l’une des premières avant-boîtes de France, mais c’est véritablement à partir de 1998, année de création de la marque VIP Room, que Jean-Roch s’affirme dans le paysage de la fête internationale tout en se diversifiant (restaurants thématiques, halles gourmandes, albums, art toys…). Une véritable épopée qui le voit programmer en avant-première les pionniers de la French Touch aussi bien que les stars de la scène rap américaine avec une constante, reproduire à l’échelle d’un club l’atmosphère des MTV Awards. Raccord avec cette nouvelle saison où s’aligneront notamment aux platines The Avener et Bob Sinclar !
He honed his skills at Papagayo during the Frangy Malortigue era and at Amnesia, the club owned by Johnny’s stepfather. He was the owner of La Scala, Toulon’s flagship club, and founded Hysteria in Saint-Tropez in the late 1980s, one of France’s first pre-clubs. However, it was truly from 1998, the year he created the VIP Room brand, that Jean-Roch established himself in the international party scene while diversifying into themed restaurants, gourmet markets, albums, and art toys. This epic journey saw him premiering pioneers of the French Touch as well as American rap stars, with a constant goal: to recreate the atmosphere of the MTV Awards on a club scale. This new season aligns perfectly with the likes of The Avener and Bob Sinclar taking to the decks!
