Lorsqu’il a fallu penser à une « personnalité forte » de la cuisine italienne pour signer la nouvelle carte de Gioia, Jean-Roch a immédiatement pensé à Luana Belmondo. Arrivée comme consultante, la belle-fille de feu Bébel et épouse de Paul Belmondo, compte bien imprimer sa « pâte » en proposant une cuisine familiale délicate en accord avec ses racines romaines (carbonara au thon frais, « vraie salade de la mer »…), tout en conservant les « classiques » déjà au menu qui avaient conquis les fidèles du fameux restaurant italien adossé au VIP Room.
To sign the new menu of Gioia, Jean-Roch was looking for a strong representative of the Italian cuisine, and he immediately thought of Luana Belmondo.
