Les ruelles colorées, le port emblématique, les lumières de la Provence l’ont décidé à ouvrir La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac Saint-Tropez, sa première boutique hors de Paris. Seduced by the colourful streets, the iconic port and the lights of Provence, he decided to open La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac Saint-Tropez, his first pastry shop outside Paris.
Aujourd’hui, il est à la tête de 6 restaurants et 7 boutiques en France et un restaurant à Londres. As of today, he is at the head of six restaurants and seven shops in France, and of one restaurant in London.
Originaire de Rodez, le chef préféré des français a été repéré en 2005 par une productrice de télévision pour l’émission « Oui Chef ! ». Ce qui lui a permis d’ouvrir son premier restaurant.
